Every time you send your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through our secure online ordering system, our administrator (Yahoo!) is using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Your personal information is also encrypted when shipping instructions are transferred to our fulfillment headquarters.

Once all the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart, click "Checkout." You will be directed to supply shipping and billing information, and will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been placed.

Important:  To prevent fraud, additional verification and delays may result when the shipping infomation does not match the credit card billing address.

Shipping and Handling

In Stock Items - If an item shows that it is in stock, orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. Every Aerogem pendant is hand made, with some models in various stages of completion. While we make every effort to have plenty of each item completed in advance for immediate shipment, there may be a few days delay for some items. (particularly around the holidays).

Out of Stock Items - If an item shows Out of Stock, we recommend that you check back in a week or two, and the item will probably be available for shipment.

We Ship to Destinations Throughout The U.S.

U.S. Shipping Charges: There is a flat rate charge of $3.00 for ground shipping of "Dozen Roses" packs, regardless of quantity, OR There is a flat rate charge of $6.00 per order for standard ground (First Class USPS) shipping in the U.S., OR a flat rate of $8.00 per order for 2nd Day Priority Mail (USPS - usually 1 to 3 day delivery). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.  This includes shipping, handling, insurance, and a confirmation receipt.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged automatically to all orders shipped to Arizona.

Price Guarantee

If the price for any product we sell is reduced within 90 days of purchase, you will be credited the difference.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you do not like your Aerogem jewelry, return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days to receive a full refund after contacting us for shipping instructions.

If within 30 days of receiving your product, you are not satisfied, or have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact our customer service department by e-mail immediately. We will provide you with an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, shipment instructions, and our return center address to the e-mail address you provided with your original order.
